Learned AGA accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2. Petitioner is before this court seeking for the following releifs: (a) Issue Writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 and 3 to register the case as per the complaint dated 30.04.2025 by the petitioner vide Annexure-D. (b) Issue such other appropriate order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and fit in the circumstances of the case. 3. The short grievance of the petitioner is that on the basis of the complaint submitted by the petitioner on 30.04.2025 the respondents have not registered a complaint. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:40881 WP No. 27625 of 2025 4. Learned AGA submits that enquiry was made and a endorsement has been issued to the petitioner by post. She submits that a copy thereof would be furnished to the counsel for the petitioner during the course of day. 5. Since such an endorsement has been issued, the reliefs which have been sought for in the above petition have been rendered infructuous reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the endorsement if so advised.
