The complainant has filed the present complaint, inter alia, alleging the willful disobedience of the order dated 22.4.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.11240/2024 (KLR-RES). In terms of the said order, the accused [arrayed as respondent No.3 - The Tahsildar, Anekal Taluk] was to place the application of the complainant along with his recommendation before the Committee for Regularization of Unauthorized Occupation. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:40963-DB CCC No. 726 of 2025 2. The accused has filed a memo enclosing therewith an endorsement dated 21.7.2025.
