This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the Respondent No.2 to decide the Case No.T202515060402641 of 2024 (Laali Vs. Gaon Sabha & others) Under Section 24 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 after making proper correction in the map within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has already been concluded on 24.03.2025 and the order has been appended as Annexure No.4 to the writ petition. According to learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is not maintainable. 3. From the perusal of the prayer made in the writ petition as well the record, it appears that the petitioner is seeking a direction upon the respondent no.2 to decide his application filed under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 while the said proceedings have already been concluded on 24.03.2025. 4. No case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution is made out. 5.
