Learned counsel for respondents, at the outset, submits that grievance of petitioner will be considered in case petitioner joins at transferred place and thereafter files a fresh representation disclosing all his problems. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner, after arguing at length, on instructions, submits that petitioner will join at transferred place by Tuesday i.e. 26.08.2025 and thereafter petitioner will file a fresh representation within two weeks with a prayer to reconsider his transfer order since his parents are old and unwell. 4. Considering aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that in case petitioner joins by Tuesday i.e. 26.08.2025 and files a fresh representation disclosing his problems within aforesaid period given, the respondents will consider his representation with a sympathetic view after taking note of Transfer Policy dated 26.11.2024, if applicable in the case of petitioner.
