This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers; "i. issue a writ order in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to construct Government Medh over Gata No. 274 area 0.527 ht situated at Village Mahanpur, Tehsil Sadar, District- Jaunpur within certain stipulated period of time as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit considering the facts and circumstances of the case issue any other writ order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper considering the facts and circumstances of the case. ii. issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 to take decision on the representation of the petitioner dated: 02.07.2025 within certain stipulated period of time." 2. It is contended that an order under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been passed but the private respondents are creating hindrance in compliance of the said order. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondents, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent No.2 to proceed with the application of petitioner and comply the order passed under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment. 4.
