The prayer made in the writ petition is that fresh auction may take place for the fisheries rights. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for a counter affidavit, the Collector, Deoria is hereby directed to proceed with the matter and take appropriate steps after ascertaining the correct facts, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 4.
