This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court below to conclude the trial of Case No.79961 of 2023 arising out of Case Crime No.611 of 2021, under Sections 406, 419, 420, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Bhelupur, District Varanasi pending before court of Judicial Magistrate II Varanasi within a shortest span of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
