In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the District Inspector of Schools, Bulandshahar disclosing that the amount due to the applicant under the General Provident Fund and the arrears of suspension allowance to the applicant have been paid and credited in the account of the applicant. It has been further stated that the pension of the applicant and in case of death of the applicant, the family pension payable to his wife has also been accepted and a suitable order has been passed for payment of arrears of the same and also for payment of regular pension. In view of the aforesaid, no purpose would be served to keep the contempt application pending. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notices issued to the opposite parties are discharged. However, it is clarified that in case, any of the averments made in the compliance affidavit of the District Inspector of Schools are false or the arrears of pension are not credited in the account of the applicant by 7th April, 2025 and subsequently regular pension to the applicant and in case of death of the applicant, the family pension payable to his wife are not paid, the applicant shall be at liberty to file a recall application for recall of the present order or file a fresh contempt application.
