The petitioner is seeking compliance of an order dated 09.11.2023, passed in Case No.1 of 2023, under Sections 7/25 of Guardian Wards Act, by the Additional Family Court, Gautam Buddh Nagar. His case is that by the said order the Family Court has granted visitation rights in favour of the petitioner but his wife, who is having custody of minor child, is not permitting the petitioner to meet the child. 2. In case the order of the Family Court is not being complied with, it is always open to the petitioner to bring the said fact to the notice of Family Court where proceedings are still pending so that appropriate measures are taken. 3.
