Prayer made in the writ petition is for quashing of the proceedings of marriage petition No. 165 of 2025. 4. Prayer made in the petition cannot be entertained by this Court. 5. However, the petitioner can file appropriate application under Order 7 Rule 11 C.P.C., in case the marriage petition is not maintainable. 6.
