Case No. 60/2024, for the offences registered under Section 80(2) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Sections 3 & 4 of the D.P. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Chatra. 3. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased namely Kajal Devi, who died due to drowning. 4. Attention has been drawn towards that statement of some witnesses, who have stated that at the time of occurrence, petitioner was not present in the village. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Chatra in connection with S.T.
