No.68276/2024), a settlement deed has been entered into between the parties on 03.12.2024, the same has been filed as Annexure-2 to the Application No.4 of 2025 filed by the petitioner. 3. Both the parties i.e. petitioner as well as respondent no.2 are agreeable to this settlement deed. 4.
