1. Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for setting aside impugned order dated 10.06.2022 (Annexure P-9), passed by learned Trial Court, vide which, petitioner has been summoned u/s 319 Cr.P.C. as additional accused, and also order dated 13.01.2025 (Annexure P-12), passed by learned Revisional Court, whereby, revision filed by the petitioner, challenging the above order, has been dismissed, in case FIR No.80, dated 01.07.20242, u/s 307, 452, 323, 324, 148, 149, 506, 427 of IPC (Section 307 of IPC deleted and Section 325 of IPC added later on), registered at P.S. Nurpur Bedi, Distt. Rupnagar (Annexure P-1).
2. Today, on the very outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, petitioner has already been acquitted by the trial Court. Thus, present petition can be disposed of, as the same having been rendered infructuous.
3. Ordered accordingly.
