JUSTICE SANJAY PARIHAR, JUDGE ORDE R 21.07.2025 In this petition, the petitioner has primarily prayed for relief of restructuring of his loan on the grounds indicated in the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition, the respondent-Bank has challenged by way of writ petition an order of the District Level Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation-Council, Amritsar whereby one Shri G. S. Saran, District & Sessions Judge (Retd.) was appointed as Sole Arbitrator. The said petition is pending adjudication before the High Court of Punjab and Haryana. It is submitted by Mr. Shuja-ul-Haq, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, that in view of the aforesaid development, the relief with regard to restructuring of the amount has been rendered infructuous. In view of the aforesaid, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Needless to say that in case of any fresh cause of action arises or fresh order is passed by the respondent-Bank, the petitioner shall be free to explore its remedies available under law.
