This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "a. issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Up- Ziladhikari, Ballia Sadar, Ballia-respondent no.3 to decide the case no.207 of 2003-2004 (Computerized case no.T202315090302060) (Krishna Kumar vs. Gaon Sabha & others) pending before him within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that a declaratory suit filed under Section 229-B of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950 is pending consideration before respondent no.3 since 2003. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for a counter affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of requiring the respondent no.3 to take a final decision on Case No.207 of 2003-2004 (Computerized Case No.T202315090302060) (Krishna Kumar vs. Gaon Sabha & others) strictly in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order 4.
