Issue Rule, returnable forthwith. Mr. Jayneel Parikh, learned AGP waives service of Rule for and on behalf of the respondents – State. 2. By way of the present petition, petitioner herein has prayed to direct the respondent authorities to decide the representations dated 14.08.2025 (Annexure-J) addressed to the respondent-Collector and dated 29.08.2025 (Annexure-K) addressed to the respondent – Mamlatdar requesting to take C/SCA/14549/2025 ORDER DATED: 16/10/2025 action, pursuant to the representations and to remove the encroachment made by the private persons on public road, adjacent to the land of the petitioner. 3. It is submitted that the directions be issued upon the respondent authorities to decide the aforesaid representations. 4. Mr. Parikh, learned AGP submits that the representations, pending before the respondent authorities, will be decided, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law and upon following the cardinal principles of natural justice. 5. Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties, the respondent authorities to decide the representations dated 14.08.2025 (Annexure-J) and dated 29.08.2025 (Annexure-K), as expeditiously as possible, by following the cardinal principles of natural justice by granting opportunity of hearing to the affected parties, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months, from the receipt of the copy of the order. C/SCA/14549/2025 ORDER DATED: 16/10/2025 6. The petitioner herein is also expected to cooperate in the proceedings before the competent authorities/ respondent nos. 2 and 3. 7.
