By the present application (MCC), the applicant seeks modification of paragraph 6 of the order dated 29.01.2025 passed in WPC No. 577/2025 as has been passed by this Court in an identical matter bearing WPC No. 186/2025. 2. This Court after appreciating all the facts and circumstances of the case, rightly passed the order dated 29.01.2025 in WPC No. 577/2025 by observing at paragraph 6 that “As there is no opportunity of hearing was provided to the petitioner before blacklisting the petitioner’s vehicle, the respondents authorities are at liberty to take necessary steps in accordance with law by providing sufÏcient opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, if so desired.” The applicant failed to point out any error in the order passed by this Court by placing the cogent and sufÏcient grounds. 3.
