Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed on record a copy of the written instructions received from the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, dated 07.01.2025, stating that alternate land was identified in Narukullapadu Village, in R.S.No.59/1, in an extent of Ac.2.00 cents, and house site pattas were provided in respect of the said land. It is further stated that the subject land was excluded land from allocation. 5. The written instructions of the respondent No.4 dated 07.01.2025 are placed on record. 6. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. 7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
