Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing / commanding to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to arrest to the respondent NOs. 4 to 7 in Case Crime No. 101 of 2025 under Sections 85,80 (2) B.N.S. and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, 1961, Police Station Sultanpur Ghos,District Fatehpur." Ms. Manju Thakur, learned A.G.A. Ist informs that charge sheet has already been submitted in this case.
