Learned State counsel submit that there are total 04 accused in the case and the present petition has been filed by only one accused/petitioner. Thus, present petition is not maintainable being it a partial quashing petition based upon compromise. 3. Faced with the situation, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file afresh by impleading all the necessary parties. 4.
