It is submitted that the Petitioner is a resident of the given address, and the residents of the said address are facing public nuisance through obstruction of one foot pathway in the street by the 4th Respondent herein, who is running a Hospital. 3. It is further submitted that the patients are travelling by their two wheelers and have parked the same in the neighbourhood, which is causing perpetual nuisance to the general public. Therefore, the Petitioner had submitted a representation to the 1st Respondent on 08.10.2025, to remove the said obstruction. 4. In view of the above, the 1st Respondent is directed to conduct an inquiry on the representation/complaint given by the Petitioner. 5. The said exercise shall be carried out by the 1st Respondent after issuing Notice to the 4th Respondent herein, and on receipt of the Reports from the 3rd Respondent and the Inspector of Police, Traffic Inspection Wing, Chennai, the 5th Respondent herein, and the inspection of the obstruction allegedly put up by the 4th Respondent. 3/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.Crl.No.1383 of 2025 6.
