Heard Mr. Abhishek Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Ms. Akanksha Verma, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the State/respondents. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following relief(s):- “(i) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to produce all the relevant records relating to case of the petitioner before this Hon'ble Court for its kind perusal. (ii) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside/quash the impugned transfer order dated 12.12.2022 (Annexure P/1) issued by respondent No.4/Commandant, 2nd Battalion, Sakri, Distt. Bilaspur only in relation to the petitioner whereby he has been transferred from Mukhya Samvay, Sakri to F Company, Sukma on administrative exigency. (iii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to give joining to the petitioner in his previous place of posting i.e Mukhya Samvay, 2nd Battalion, Sakri. Distt Bilaspur and also direct them to release his full salary from the date of relieving to F Company, Sukma to the date of joining of the petitioner in the present place of posting i.e. Mukhya Samvay Sakri. (iv) That this Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to direct respondents to give suitable compensation to the petitioner for the mental trauma and agony. harassment and hardships suffered by him as also cost of the litigation.” 3 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to file fresh representation before the concerned respondent authorities and prayed that a direction may be given to the concerned respondent authorities to consider and decide the same within considerable time frame. 4. Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the concerned respondent authority within a period of 10 days ventilating his grievance along with the documents annexed with this petition and the concerned respondent authorities are directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in a pragmatic manner within a period of 45 days from the date of filing of representation of the petitioner. Till then, impugned order of transfer dated 12.12.2022 (Annexure P/1) and also relieving order dated 06.12.2024 shall remain stayed. 5.
