The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: "Wherefore it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to appoint an Arbitrator in terms of clause 12 of the Lease Deed dated 04 October 2022 Annexure-A for adjudication of the dispute that has arisen between the Petitioner and Respondent, in the interest of justice and equity." 2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that she has no objection for an Arbitrator to be appointed, so long as all the contentions are left open to be decided by the arbitrators, who are appointed. 3. In that view of the matter, I pass the following: ORDER i. The CMP is allowed. ii. Sri. T.
