This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of a direction, order or writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions commanding the respondents to preserve and maintain the land in name of Sri Thakur Radha Krishna Murli Manohar area 60 Bigha which is situated at More, P.S. Mokama, Patna High Court CR. WJC No.59 of 2024(2) dt.28-07-2025 2/3 District Patna. (ii) For issuance of a direction order or writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions commanding the respondents to provide the protection to the petitioner for his life and protection to the petitioner for his life and property as his life is in danger by the ante-social elements and land mafias as such provide adequate security by the State Govt. (iii) For issuance of a direction order or writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, or direction/directions the respondents directed to institute F.I.R against the respondent no. 6 & 7, the respondent no.6 who has deliberately and willfully sold land of Sri Thakur Radha Krishna Murli Manohar on 26.10.2023 in favour of respondent no. 7. (iv) For issuance of a writ in the nature of prohibition restraining the respondent no. 6 & 7 from interfering with the right, title and possession of Sri Thakur Radha Krishna Murli Manohar which is situated at More P.S. Mokama, District Patna. 3. The petitioner has not filed any application before Patna High Court CR. WJC No.59 of 2024(2) dt.28-07-2025 3/3 the SHO concerned and on the question being asked by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner is trying to mislead this Court by saying that the copy of the representation submitted to the Director General of Police, Bihar has been marked to the SHO by the petitioner. 4. In the opinion of this Court, this kind of writ application cannot be entertained by this Court and accordingly, the same is hereby dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate writ application after approaching the appropriate authority as mandamus cannot be issued merely on the asking of the petitioner.
