Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for some time submits that at this stage petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to renew his bail application after the victim girl is examined before the Trial Court. He submits that the petitioner is in custody from 23.01.2024 and therefore, Trial Court may be directed to expedite framing of charges and examination of the victim girl. 3. His submission is placed on record. 4. Petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. 5. It is needless to state that since the petitioner is in custody from 24.01.2024, endeavor shall be made by Trial Court to expeditiously frame charges against the accused and the victim girl may be examined on priority before the Trial Court.
