Present petition has been filed seeking to assail an order dated 6.1.2022 in Suit No.02326 of 2020 (Surendra Deo vs. Rajendra Deo) passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Pindra), Varanasi in the proceedings under Section 116 of the U P Revenue Code, 2006. It is not disputed that the aforesaid order would be subject to further statutory remedy and a writ petition would not be entertainable at this stage. Counsel for the petitioner, accordingly, submits that he does not wish to press this petition and the petitioner would avail the statutory remedy available under the law. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order after retaining a photocopy thereof.
