Sufficient adjournment has been granted to the applicant to locate the vehicle to enable the Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court to repossess the vehicle. 2. However, liberty is granted to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for a similar relief. While such application is filed, this Court shall consider retaining the very same Advocate Commissioner who has been appointed by this Court for the purpose of executing the warrant.
