He seeks and is granted some time to produce the same. 2. A perusal of the order passed by the Tribunal shows that the services of the late husband of the Respondent, while he was seriously ill, were terminated on 05.08.2004. Subsequently, he expired on 28.01.2009. 3. The Tribunal has ordered the payment of compassionate allowance to the widow under Rule 41 of the CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972. 4. List for final disposal on 17.03.2026 in the Supplementary List.” 2. The learned counsel representing the Petitioners submits that in the peculiar facts of the case, the Government has taken a decision to comply with the impugned order. 3.
