Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though, based on the complaint given by the de facto complainant, the first respondent registered a case in Crime No.149 of 2019 against the accused, no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the present petition has been filed. 3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the investigation is in progress and respondent Police will be able to file the final report at the earliest. 4.
