JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER Petitioner is before this court seeking the following prayer: "Wherefore, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to: a. Issue Writ of Mandamus or Order or Direction, directing the Learned V Additional Senior Civil Judge and CJM at Mysuru, to dispose-off O.S.No.849/2020 at the earliest by fixing the date for disposal; b. Grant such other Writ or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity". 2. The petitioner is the defendant. Petitioner No.1 is an octogenarian. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the partition suit is to be decided at an early date as the petitioner is wanting to see the property partitioned between the members of the family during his lifetime. 4. In the light of the prayer being innocuous, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to dispose the suit - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:36759 WP No. 22569 of 2025 within an outer limit of Nine(9) months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, if not earlier.
