In this petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
"a) To quash the proceedings initiated taking cognizance for the offences under Section 465, 468, 471, 120(B), 406 & 420 r/w 34 of IPC, 1860 in C.C.No.28975/2016 on the file of the IV ACJM, Bengaluru, as null and void insofar as petitioner is concerned, in the interest of justice and equity. b) To pass any other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit in the interest of justice and equity. "
2. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be
disposed of as withdrawn, reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to file a discharge application and seek discharge before the Trial Court.

4. The petition is
disposed of as withdrawn, reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to seek discharge and file a discharge application before the trial court. If such an application is filed by the petitioner, the trial Court shall consider and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. Thereafter, the petitioner is also reserved liberty to take recourse to such remedies as are available in law, including approaching this Court subsequently. Subject to the aforesaid directions and liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner, petition stands disposed of.
