Learned counsel for the State filed counter affidavit in the Court. Let the same be accepted and kept on record. 3. The present application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) For quashing the FIR of Rajgir P.S. Case No.240 of 2024, dated 13.06.2024, registered for the offences u/s 341, 323, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. (ii) For issuing direction upon the respondents for making hindrance in proper functioning of the respondents had settled the land dispute would so many FIR have been lodged against the respondent nos.11 to 15. (iii) For directing the respondent authorities concerned the petitioner as stated above as connection with concerns police station several cases lodged against the respondent nos.11 to 15 but concerned police station not taken action against the respondents which is pending before the Court below. (iv) For any other relief(s) for which the petitioner is entitled to in the eye of law. 4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the investigation has been completed and the petitioner has been exonerated and final form has also been submitted in this case. Patna High Court CR.
