ORAL ORDER
In this writ petition, petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to deliver the vacant physical possession of the schedule property to petitioners by implementing the letter dated 01st August, 2022 (Annexure-A) issued by the respondent No.1.
2. Heard Sri. Rama Bhat K., learned counsel appearing for petitioners and Sri. Mahantesh Shettar, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents.
3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, the same would indicate that the vendor of petitioners has purchased the schedule property in Public Auction on 30th June, 2007. In that view of the matter, it is the duty of the respondent-Authorities to put the petitioners in possession of the schedule property forthwith. Therefore, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, respondent 2 and 3 are
directed to implement the order dated 01st August, 2022 (Annexure-A) issued by the respondent No.2 within an outer limit of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

4. It is made clear that, in the event, if the letter dated 01st August, 2022 (Annexure-A) is not implemented as
directed by this Court, respondents 2 and 3 have to face a contempt proceedings. Respondents shall file a report as to the compliance of this order within one month from the date of receipt of this order. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
5. In view of the disposal of the writ petition, pending application stands disposed of.
