The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.128 dated 21.06.2025 under Sections 109, 191, 190 of BNS (erstwhile Sections 307, 148, 149 IPC) and Sections 25, 27-A of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Khalra, District Tarn Taran (Annexure P-1), and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. 3.
