The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Giddi P.S. Case No. 100 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 309(4), 309(6) & 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Ms. Priyanka Chopra, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Hazaribag. On 02.12.2024 at about 8:45 p.m., the informant was returning home from Ramgarh. When he reached near Argadda Mines, he was waylaid by 7 to 8 persons, who robbed his motorcycle alongwith Rs.2750/- in cash, silver bracelets and documents. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Priyanka Chopra, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Hazaribag, or her successor, in connection with Giddi P.S.
