Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the court of Consumer Proteciton Forum Prayagraj for expeditious disposal of Case No. 127 of 2024 (Ram Ji Patel vs. Head Consumer Care Sale Whirlpool of India), pending in the court of Consumer Protection Forum Prayagraj within stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that aforesaid suit is pending since long, therefore, a direction may be issued to decide the same at the earliest. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to Consumer Protection Forum Prayagraj to decide aforesaid case in accordance with law, maximum within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
