JUSTICE ANU SIVARAMAN) Learned counsel appearing on either side submit that the dispute has been compromised between the parties and that the parties have entered into a settlement. It is submitted that the appellant has agreed to withdraw the appeal and to hand over the vacant possession of the premises to the respondent. It is submitted that the keys of the property had been handed over today in Court to the respondent. 2. The respondent who is present in-person before the Court today acknowledges the receipt of the keys. The settlement which has been reduced to writing has been signed by the parties. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:27448-DB RFA No. 568 of 2022 3. The compromise petition is taken on record. Handing over the vacant possession and keys of the subject property is also recorded. 4. The appeal is disposed of as settled. The registry shall refund the Court fee as applicable to the appellant.
