State Road Transport Corporation & Anr Vs. Shakti Singh & Anr, to take appropriate remedy for execution of award, this writ petition may be disposed of to approach the Labour Tribunal for execution of award in terms of relevant provisions of U.P. Industrial Dispute Act, 1947. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 4.
