Heard Mr.Y.Kaja Navas, learned counsel for petitioner and Mrs.N.Swathi Priya Raj, learned Standing Counsel appearing for first respondent. 3. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that the existing committee is involved in large scale misappropriation and unauthorised approvals are granted for the lands belonging to the Wakf. Therefore, the petitioner wants action to be initiated against the existing committee. 4.
