Centre, Chautala), the instant writ petition has been filed. 2. Vide order dated 06.08.2025, the respondent(s)-State was directed to seek instructions in the matter and to assist this Court on the next date of hearing after noticing the specific contentions of the petitioner. 3. On resumed hearing, learned State Counsel, on instructions from Mr. Rao Virender, Assistant, Food and Supplies Controller informs that the Department shall reconsider the case of the petitioner as per law. 4.
