JUSTICE RAJESH RAI K ORAL ORDER This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 21.03.2017 filed by the petitioner as per Annexure-G for furnishing entire records pertaining to conducting survey of the land, preparing sketch, fixing boundaries and identifying the property bearing Sy.No.60/2 measuring 0.34 guntas situated at Kambalapura Village, Hebbur Hobli, Tumakuru Taluk and District. 2. The petitioner claims to be the absolute owner in possession of the land bearing Sy.No.60/2 measuring 0.34 guntas situated at Kambalapura Village, Hebbur Hobli, Tumakuru Taluk. The said land was originally granted in favour - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:47053 WP No. 5455 of 2020 of one Thimmaiah, who is the grandfather of the petitioner. After the death of his grandfather, the land has been transferred in favour of the petitioner. Subsequently, the petitioner filed an application for conducting the survey and for fixing boundaries of the land in question. The said application was not considered by the Revenue Department. 3. As such, the petitioner approached this Court in W.P.No.2446/2008. This Court by disposing of the writ petition vide order dated 13.02.2008, directed the Revenue Authority to consider the representation and conduct the survey of the subject land and demarcate of boundary. The said order was complied and an endorsement was issued to the petitioner dated 24.02.2014. 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that after receiving the above endorsement, he filed an application before respondent No.3-Tahsildar to furnish all the details pertaining to survey. The Tahsildar failed to provide all the details pertaining to conducting survey of the land, sketch and fixing of the boundaries by identifying the property of the petitioner in Sy.No.60/2 measuring 0.34 guntas. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:47053 WP No. 5455 of 2020 5. Such being the position, having perused the documents, since an endorsement has already been issued by the Tahsildar, the Tahsildar is directed to furnish all the details pertaining to the said survey to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
