The present petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:- "A. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 19.06.2025 registered in Case Crime No. 140 of 2025 Under Section 85, 82(1), 115(2), 351 (3) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Bidhnoo, District Kanpur Nagar (Contained as Annexure-1 to this writ petition). B. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the police authorities not to arrest the petitioners in the pursuance of the FIR dated 19.06.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 140 of 2025 Under Section 85, 82(1), 115(2), 351(3) Bharatiya Nyala Sanhita and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Bidhnoo, District Kanpur Nagar." It has been stated by the Additional Government Advocate that a charge-sheet has already been filed in the aforesaid case. The petitioners have the liberty to challenge the charge-sheet itself before the concerned Magistrate and it is not a case for taking cognizance under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
