JUSTICE PARTHIVJYOTI SAIKIA ORDER Date : 24.04.2025 Heard the learned counsel Mr. H A Ahmed appearing for the applicant. Also heard Mr. N Haque, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/appellant. 2. The learned counsel of both sides have submitted that both the parties have compromised the matter and to that effect, a total amount of ₹5,00,000/- have already been deposited by the respondent/appellant before the trial court. ₹1,00,000/- was earlier withdrawn by the applicant. 3. Now, the learned counsel for the applicant prays for allowing him to withdraw the remaining amount of ₹4,00,000/-. 4. The prayer of the applicant is allowed. 5. The amount of ₹4,00,000/-, which is lying deposited in the court of the learned District & Sessions Judge, Barpeta in N.I. Case No.143/2019 shall be given to the applicant Harsha Das without any condition. 6. Since the parties have compromised the matter, the respondent/appellant is acquitted from the case being N.I. Case No.143/2019 and the connected Revision Petition/79/2025 alongwith IA(Crl.)/239/2025 and the present IA(Crl.)/198/2025 are also disposed of accordingly. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
