Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned first information report dated 04.02.2024 in Case Crime No.42 of 2024, under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Bidhuna, District Auraiya (Annexure No.1 to this writ petition). " A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out. For the aforesaid reason, the present writ petition is dismissed.
