This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i/- issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No.3 to decide the restoration application in Case No. RST/5047/2023 (Computerized Case No. T202316530305047 of 2023) under Section 31/32 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Algu Vs. State of U.P.) filed by respondent No.4 which is still pending for final disposill the date." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that restoration application is pending consideration in proceedings under Section 31/32 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for a counter affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of requiring the respondent no.3 to decide the said restoration application strictly in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, within one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 4.
