JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:45297 WP No. 31146 of 2025 ORAL ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for the following reliefs: "i) Issue a writ of certiorari or order or direction or any other appropriate writ setting aside the impugned order No.BEVICOM/BS131/114/2025-26/583, dated 06.10.2025, dated 06.10.2025 Annexure-D issued by the 3rd respondent as illegal and further direction to continue the petitioner in the present place. ii) issued a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to implement the OM bearing No.KPTCL/B59/66925/2025-26 dated 27.06.2025 passed by the 2nd respondent Annexure-A. pass such other order/orders in the circumstances of the case to meet the ends of justice and equity." 2. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 filed a memo along with the documents, which discloses that respondent No.3 withdrawn the impugned order dated 06.10.2025 vide Annexure-D and respondent No.3 has produced the copy of the order dated 06.11.2025, along with the memo. 3. The same is taken on record. 4. In view of the withdrawal of impugned order, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.
