By way of this application, the applicant has prayed for restoration of the main matter, which came to be dismissed for non-removal of office objections vide order dated 04.09.2025. 2. Learned Advocate, Mr. Nimesh Patel, appearing for the applicants submitted that all the office objections shall be removed within one week and prayed that the main matter be restored. 3. Heard. In view of the statement made by learned Advocate, Mr. Patel, at Bar, this application is allowed and the main matter is ordered to be restored to its original file, subject to the condition that all the office objections are removed on, within one week, from today.
