By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a limited prayer for direction towards the respondent authorities/ Director, Health Services to decide the representation dated 09/07/2024 (Annexure P/8) submitted by the petitioner for issuance of No Objection Certificate to apply for final degree certificate and permanent registration from Chhattisgarh Medical Council. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has completed MD Anesthesiology course from Pt. JNM Medical College, Raipur in October, 2021 and the result has been published by the University on 21/10/2021. The petitioner has submitted a notice/representation dated 23/11/2023 (Annexure P/6) as well as representation dated 09/07/2024 (Annexure P/8) for issuance of No Objection Certificate to apply for final degree certificate and permanent registration from Chhattisgarh Medical Council, however the said representations have not been decided till date. 3 / 3 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents/ State, on instruction, submits that if the representation/s submitted by the petitioner is still pending before the respondent authorities, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, within the stipulated period. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents as well as the representation dated 09/07/2024 (Annexure P/8) submitted by the petitioner. 5. From perusal of the said representation, it appears that the petitioner is seeking no objection certificate from the Director, Health Services pursuance to her result which has been declared by the university on 21/10/2021, for further process, however the respondent authorities have not considered the same till date. 6. In view of the above, the respondent No.3/ Director, Health Services is directed to consider and decide the application/ representation dated 09/07/2024 (Annexure P/8) submitted by the petitioner for issuance of no objection certificate, within a period of 50 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. 7.
