This criminal petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking a direction to the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nandigama, for expeditious disposal of Crl. M.P.No.304 of 2021 in M.C. No.7 of 2013 on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nandigama. -2- CRL.P. No.2050 of 2025 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not earning any money and is unable to maintain himself. Vide order, dated 02.09.2015, in M.C. No.7 of 2013 on the file of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nandigama, the petitioner was directed to pay maintenance of Rs.3,000/- per month to his wife and minor son. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed Crl.M.P. No.304 of 2021 and the same pending for consideration. 3. The present petition seeking a direction for expeditious disposal of Crl.M.P. No.304 of 2021 pending before the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nandigama, cannot be entertained by this Court without any adequate material to demonstrate that there has been a delay on the part of the learned Magistrate. 4.
