1. The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.142 dated 15.06.2024 registered under Sections 366 of IPC (Section 344 of IPC was added later on) at Police Station Gharinda, District Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 16.09.2024 passed by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation.
3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jaswinder Singh, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further investigation.
4. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 16.09.2024 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C./482(2) of BNSS, 2023. 03.04.2025
